Meeting the Requirements for the SUM Directory
Context
When the SUM archive is unpacked on the host where the tool is initially started, the SUM directory is also created and data and programs are copied to this directory. For more information on the SUM directory, see SUM Directory.
The update directory can be a soft link to another physical directory.
Procedure
Make sure that there is enough free disk space for the
SUM
directory. This space is required for the update and the
logs and is distributed among several subdirectories. For an
