Implementing SAP Notes

After the update, you need to implement SAP Notes concerning SAP ASE database depending on your target system.

Procedure

  1. When targeting for systems based on SAP NetWeaver 7.4 or higher (SAP_BASIS 740 or higher), implement the following SAP Notes:
  2. When targeting a system running SAP Business Warehouse, we strongly recommend migrating directly to one of the following versions of SAP ASE:

    • release 15, version 15.7.130 or higher

    • release 16, version 16.00.04 or higher

    If you migrate to a lower SAP ASE version, implement SAP Note 2026328 Information published on SAP site on the target system with SAP BW.
