Handling Errors in Phase MAIN_MIGOPT/SUBMOD_SMIG_PREP_DMO/JOB_FINS_UPG_MIG_PREPARE

Context

In phase MAIN_MIGOPT/SUBMOD_SMIG_PREP_DMO/JOB_FINS_UPG_MIG_PREPARE, the CDS views cannot be created due to failed authority check for user DDIC. You receive the following error messages:

  • 20181017 102302 You don't have sufficient authorization for this activity

  • 20181017 102302 Job canceled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE

To solve the errors, proceed as follows:

Procedure

  1. Log on to the temporary system.
  2. Execute report RSUPG_WRP_REGEN_SAPALL.
  3. Repeat the phase.
