During phase PARRUN_SMIG_SFIN, you may face the
TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED dump.
Procedure
To solve this error, follow the instructions as described in SAP Note
2532269 .
If this doesn't help increase parameters em/initial_size_MB,
abap/heap_area_total and
abap/heap_area_nondia to higher
values for the shadow or temporary system and repeat the failed phase.
